• Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
• US Delivery: 10–20 business days after shipment.
• Lost Packages: If tracking does not show “Delivered” within 30 business days from dispatch, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Please note: Customers are responsible for providing a complete shipping address. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Due to hygiene standards and the vacuum-sealed packaging of our oversized items, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, you are fully covered! Email us at support@shopfablepets.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short video of the issue.

Approved refunds or free replacements are issued quickly, and you will not be required to ship the large item back to us.
(Note: Pet damage, normal wear and tear, or improper washing are not covered).

To keep your items in peak condition and ensure warranty validity:
• SnugglePod™: The bed arrives vacuum-sealed. You MUST allow 24–48 hours for the orthopedic foam to fully expand before assessing its shape. The plush cover is machine-washable on a cold, gentle cycle (air dry only).
• SnuggleShield™ Blanket: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to protect the waterproof barrier.
• ToughTug™ & Toys: Wipe down with pet-safe soap and water.

Improper washing, drying, or accidental damage after delivery will void the replacement policy.
