Shipping policy

We currently offer tracked shipping exclusively to the United States.

Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery to the United States is 10–20 business days after your order has been dispatched. Note on Packaging: To keep shipping free and reduce our carbon footprint, the SnugglePod™ is tightly vacuum-sealed for transit. Please do not be alarmed by the smaller box size upon delivery!

Tracking Your Order We provide tracked shipping for all US orders. Please note that it may take 24–72 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to update with the carrier. Your tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once your order ships.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking link hasn’t updated for 10+ consecutive days, please contact us at support@shopfablepets.com with your order number. We’ll investigate immediately and help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and dispatched, address changes are no longer possible, and we cannot be held responsible for misdelivered packages due to customer error.
